Locums CRNA Opportunity in West Columbia, SC

Job description

• Specialty: CRNA (50 mile radius rule, no local candidates)
• Support staff: Anesthesia techs
• Patients per day: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.
• Patient population/age: 18 – Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: No regional or block skills neede
Practice Setting: Hospital – Medical Center
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
Willing To License?: NO

• Weekdays 4x10hr shifts or 5x8's. (may consider 3x10s)
• Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases
• Special Equipment: Have Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines.
