Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 month contract with option to extend in Dallas, TX

Job description

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8's, 4x10's or 3x12's. 40 hour workweek guarantee.
- No call.
- Cases: GI, Lab focus.
- CRNAs are supervised.
- Credentialing: 45 - 60 days. Temp privileges may be possible.
- Possible 6 or 12 month contract available.
- EMR: EPIC.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
