Hospital and Surgery Center in Lubbock ~ Locum CRNA needs
6 month contract with option to extend
Providers credentialed at both Hospital and Surgery Center and rotate evenly between the 2
35-40 hours a week
No call
Day shift only
Case load: Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Endo, Plastics, No neuro (occasional ortho spine)
Locums do not have to do peds
Medical Supervision at both places - except for Endo (solo)
60 days for credentialing (potentially sooner with clean file
