Start Date: Full Time Need – asap pending priv’s
End Date: On-going need
Length of Commitment: 3 month with option to extend; if you’ll commit 6 -12months even better

Work Schedule:
Schedule is Mon-Friday
7a-3p;
3p-7a night call
1:5 ration for night and weekend call
Call: yes
Case Types: B&B, plus OB, geriatrics and some peds ENT

Ratio of MDs to CRNAs? 1 doc : 2 CRNA’s
Anesthesia Model: Supervision

Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe:
60-90 days but closer to 60

$195 + T&L
