Job description

• Schedule: Mon- Friday, 7a - 3p, 7a - 5, 7a - 7p.
• 40 hours per week.
• Cases: Ortho, Vascular, OBGYN, Endo.
• CRNA are supervised.
• Level 2 trauma.
• 5 years experience needed. 2 years management experience.
• Epic EMR.
• Credentialing: 45 days. Temps can be approved.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
