Job description

Worksite address: Provider may be required to float between All 4 locations below in the metro plex

Dates coverage is needed: March, 6, 2024 - ongoing

Schedule/Shift times: 7am '- 3:30pm (5 days week) or 7am '' 7pm (3 days week): 8s, 12s

Call required?: no call, OT rare

Supervision: 1:4

Types of cases: OB if comfortable but not required, Ortho: Yes, if skilled with Regional that would be a plus, healthy peds dental

Head/Hearts?: no

Is there CRNA Supervision or docs doing own cases? ''''- We are a medically supervised practice.'' Ratio is 1:4, there are MDs that will be rooms doing their own cases.'' However there is always a supervising MD that is available if the CRNA needs assistance, they provide breaks and help pre-op next patient
