Job description

Shift Details:
• Weekly availability required; prefer consistent scheduling rather than rotating weeks on/weeks off
• Schedule:
o 4x10-hour shifts or
o 3x12-13-hour shifts each week,
o Plus one rotating Saturday each month
• No on-call duty
Time Off Requests:
• All time off requests must be made upfront
• Time off requests exceeding 5 consecutive days will not be approved during the summer months
Work Details:
• Locations: Main OR, Outpatient Surgery Center, Endoscopy Center; option to practice at any location
• Patient Population/Age: 13 years old to end of life
• Department Description: Level 1 trauma center with 60 CRNAs, 70 attending anesthesiologists, and 60 ANES. The anesthesia team covers 33 ORs in the main OR, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgeries, and 4 GI rooms
Required Skills:
• For Main OR: Ability to perform spinals is a bonus
• Place and manage arterial lines
• Comfortable titrating vasoactive medication infusions (norepinephrine, phenylephrine, nicardipine, etc.)
Excluded Cases:
• Open heart/thoracic
• Pediatrics
• Obstetrics
• Peripheral nerve blocks
Certifications:
• ACLS & BLS active
EMR:
• Epic
Minimum Experience Required:
• 2 years minimum experience,
