CRNA needed in WV! Make up to $215/hr

Job description

Credentialing 60-90 days
Contract thru the end of the year - no holidays
Shift options: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
Weekends available, but not weekends only.
Willing to work with at least 2 weeks a month.
Cases: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other
EMR: Cerner
