CRNA need in Douglas, WY.

Job description

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend

Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Details:

Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 RN
Operating Independence: CRNAs and Licensed Independent Providers (LIP) operate independently in Wyoming.
Coverage Needed: 1-2 weeks per month, Monday - Friday
Patient Load: Varies by day
Patient Population/Age: General surgical patients, spine, eyes, plastics, ortho, neuro, OB cases (optional)
Department Description: Small rural hospital with a variety of cases including General Surgery, Spine, Eyes, Plastics, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and optional OB.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech
Practice Setting:

Facility: Hospital with four ORs in Douglas and four in Casper.
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
State License: Wyoming required (willing to assist with licensing). IMLC accepted.
DEA License: Required
Experience: Open to new graduates, but must review credentials
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days. Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) report.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in a range of anesthesia techniques suitable for a variety of surgical procedures.
