CRNA needed in Louisville, KY– Job 119715
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8's or 10's are an option - 40 hours per week.
Call: TBD
Case Mix: General, major spine, ENT, ortho, vascular, cardiac. No OB, trauma, or peds.
# of OR's: 18 OR's at hospital and 10 OR's at PAV
Support Staff: Care team model with 1:3 or 1:4 medical supervision
EMR System: TBD
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
CRNA, ACLS, BLS, and KY license required
